The Ohio State football team has released their availability report for the game against the Marshall Thundering Herd and there appears to be good news regarding the starting offensive line, but bad news regarding the defensive line.

On the bright side, this will be the first game where we see the full starting offensive line, as today marks the season debut of two-time first-team All-Big Ten interior offensive lineman Donovan Jackson. But with all the good news comes some bad news, as we were also informed that starting defensive lineman Tyliek Williams will not play today.

The Thundering Herd isn't exactly a powerhouse program and probably won't be making a run at the Sun Belt championship, so Williams' absence shouldn't scare Ohio State fans. The sad thing is that Big Ten play begins next week and the Buckeyes don't yet have a clean bill of health before a game. Below is the rest of the availability report:

Out of

  • RB TC Caffey

  • RB Rashid SeSay

  • DT Tyleik Williams
