The Tennessee Titans were dealt a major blow on Sunday afternoon as they fell to 0-3 on the season after a 30-14 loss to the Green Bay Packers.

But that wasn't the worst part. The additional insult came from the elimination of Malik Willis, who had led the Packers to a convincing revenge victory at Nissan Stadium in Nashville.

A new low?

Quarterback Will Levis once again played 100 percent of the snaps, which is to be expected. The question is, should he? At some point, the Titans have to put an end to the avoidable turnovers, and benching him could be the wake-up call Levis needs.

Speaking of substitutions: Offensive lineman Nicholas Petit-Frere was finally benched on Sunday.
